Ana Paula and Thalles, authors of the blog “Dicas de Férias”, visited some attractions in Bonito and region including the Recanto Ecologico Rio da Prata.

The couple was amazed by the crystal clear waters and the doce de leite, a typical Brazilian dessert.

“Snorkeling in Bonito is an amazing and remarkable experience. All the attractions have their own charm, but Rio da Prata is the longest and where we were able to see a great variety of fish”, writes Ana Paula.

Australia has several different and great spots for diving. One of them is Yongala, on the Great Barrier Reef.

The Yongala is a shipwreck off the coast of Queensland, Australia. There you can see rich marine life, such as sea snakes, octopuses, turtles, bull sharks, tiger sharks, clouds of fish and spectacular coral.

The ship sank during a cyclone in 1911 killing 122 people, a racehorse called Moonshine and a red Lincolnshire bull. She had no telegraph facilities, therefore could not be warned of the weather ahead.

The Yongala was given official protection under the Historic Shipwrecks Act in 1981.
